Allan Milham, Master Certified Coach (MCC), and Kimberly Roush, Professional Certified Coach (PCC), are among the industry’s most elite. Together, they represent nearly a quarter-century of experience coaching top performing leaders hungry to step into being bigger in their roles at work, at home and in their communities.
In addition to their coaching practices, they are both keynote speakers and leadership development facilitators. Kimberly and Allan have asked more than 1,500 leaders the question they pose in their book, Who Are You … When You Are BIG? and have witnessed first hand its power to transform. They are both members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the National Speakers Association (NSA).
Both highly acclaimed speakers in their own right, Kimberly and Allan’s combined power and experience on stage together is even more impressive. Just as they collaborated and called upon their executive coaching and corporate experience to write Who Are You…When You Are BIG?, they call upon their combined speaking experience to wow every audience. With points driven home thru real world stories, Kimberly and Allan are engaging, energetic, and motivational speakers who use humor, vulnerability and compassion to draw people in and bring BIG out.
